SENIOR OUTSIDE SALES REP (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT) TORONTO & OTTAWA

The Senior Outside Sales Representative or Business Development Representative is a critical role in helping fuel WorkTango's growth.  As one of the early points of connection with prospect customers, the role involves understanding the needs of organizations, building relationships, and articulating the WorkTango solution based on our differentiation and key messaging in a Passionate way. 


ROLE SUMMARY


  • Perform sales prospecting to drive net new account acquisition
  • Demo our platform to your prospects and the ones created by Inside Sales / Marketing
  • Deliver quotes and proposals to prospects
  • Attend client on-boarding meetings when necessary
  • Have a passion for "improving (work) lives" and thrive on providing an awesome experience to everyone you work with



SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS


  • 5+ years experience in HR product/SaaS and service offerings is a requirement
  • Experience in employee surveys, employee engagement, research, and change management is not required but is a huge plus.
  • Salesforce experience is beneficial but not required
